REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all DripBeam products.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email rockbeam.official@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of the reason for return

We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo of the damage at rockbeam.official@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

NON-REFUNDABLE
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different design, please request a refund and place a new order.
